Rather than using the Wi-Fi network of your home to connect your PC to your quest, you should rather get a dedicated wireless router.

Unlike the normal residential Wi-Fi configuration, a router that has been dedicated to VR only connects two devices: your PC and your quest. If you can, the router you use for your quest 3 must be connected via an ethernet cable to your PC, because the Ethernet cables are more resistant to interference that could affect your latency or bandwidth.
