Bijan Robinson is ‘best player in football without a doubt,’ Falcons coach Raheem Morris says

Bijan Robinson, star of the Falcons d’Atlanta star, is a good start to the 2025 season. Robinson ranks fifth in the NFL in yards on the ground (167) and is tied with the star of San Francisco 49ers Christian McCaffery for the most receiving yards among all the runners (125).
Robinson has just released one of his best performances in his young career after rushing for 143 yards in 22 races during the 22-6 victory of his team on the Vikings of Minnesota on Sunday. His strong beginning led to the Falcons coach Raheem Morris sending serious praise, going so far as to say that he is “definitely” the best player in the league.
“He is definitely the best football player, without a doubt,” said Morris on Wednesday. “He is incredible. I love the kid. I love everything about him. I love to look at him with the ball. I love his confidence. I love his behavior. I love his state of mind. I love leadership. I love him.”

During week 1 against the Buccaneers of Tampa Bay, Robinson finished with only 24 yards on the ground on 12 attempts but transported six receptions for 100 yards and a touchdown. Robinson grabbed a quarter of the quarter Michael Penix Jr. during the first offensive possession of the Falcons of the season and marked a touch of 50 yards.
Robinson accumulated 292 yards of the fray in the first two games of his team, the most by all the Falcons players in the first two games of one season since the High Roson Rison receiver completed the feat in 1994. During the 2024 campaign, Robinson finished third in the league by rushing (1456) and fourth in yards from the league (1887).
Before week 3 against the Carolina Panthers, Robinson is second behind the ball carrier of the star of the Indianapolis colts, Jonathan Taylor, in yards by melee.
