8 Essential Peaky Blinders Episodes to Watch Before The Immortal Man Movie
Peaky Blinders is the most popular Netflix series to fiercely capture the attention of the public and keep it, without interruption, for six whole seasons. This is one of my favorite shows, even if I have to watch it with subtitles. The successful series finished its race in 2022, leaving a painful emptiness in the hearts of viewers everywhere. To our surprise, this abyss filled with joy when the creator Stephen Knight and Netflix announced that a follow -up feature was on the way.
Before The immortal manThe long -awaited outing, here are eight essential elements Peaky Blinders episodes so that you can watch or revisit.

Season one, episode a
The episode of the first of this episode of the criminal drama is crucial insofar as he presents our protagonist, Tommy Shelby (Cillian Murphy). As a former soldier, Tommy is the leader of the PEAKEK BLINDERS, BIRMINGHAM based in London.
Upon his return from war, he immediately found himself in disagreement with his older brother in difficulty, Arthur Jr. (Paul Anderson), and his aunt of trust, Polly (late Helen McCrory), after having tripped on an expedition of guns and hidden. Evil arrives when the chief inspector Chester Campbell (Sam Neill) comes in town, under the direction of Winston Churchill (WickedAndy Nyman), and is responsible for recovering the weapons stolen by the Shelbys. Unbeknownst to Tommy, however, Campbell has a secret weapon, and She is irresistible.
The first season, episode one ends with Tommy covered with blood – the first many times – and sets the tone for the whole series.
Season one, episode five
A decade after having released his daughter and four sons, Arthur Shelby Sr. (Tommy Flanagan, of Son of anarchy Fame) return to Birmingham to sit on the Shelby throne as a real patriarch.
While Tommy does not want to have anything to do with him, Sr. is a crook and is able to convince him to give him money for a business plan in America. The second Tommy, however, makes Sr. disappears, and the betrayal pushes Arthur Jr. to try to commit suicide. Thank you the stars, the rope he tries to hang himself with shots just in time.
Meanwhile, Campbell Grace’s infiltration agent (Tudors“Annabelle Wallis) won Shelby’s confidence and slowly falls in love with Tommy. In the hope that Campbell leaves them alone, she gives him the location of firearms, as well as her resignation. When his counter of a marriage proposal is rejected, he maintains to eliminate Tommy and is no longer motivated only after witnessing the consumption of Tommy and Grace.
Season two, episode six

Season three, episode two
Located two years after the final of season two, Tommy and Grace are now married and raise their son Charles together, but happiness is short -lived.
A new rivalry is ignited between the Shelbies and the Italian crime family, the Changrettas, which started when the Shelbys have disapproved of Lizzie’s relationship with the antagonist Angel Changretta (Pedro Caxade, King Arthur: sword legend). The blinders then burned his restaurant before beating him violently.
As a recovery, Angel’s father, Vicente (Kenneth Collery de Unsuitable), hire a hitman to kill Tommy at the Shelby Charity Foundation dinner, but he misses and kills thanks.
Season three, episode six
Still in mourning and trying to recover from the loss of his wife, Tommy’s world is shaken when Charles is kidnapped. In exchange for his return, Father Hughes (MoblandThe Paddy considers) requires Tommy to explode a Soviet train and disturb the relations between the United Kingdom and the USSR.
Against the wishes of his mother, Michael is sent to recover Charles and Kill Hughes, whom we discover that Michael attacked when he was a child. The word of Michael’s success does not reach Tommy in time, however, he therefore passes the explosion of the train and also manages to steal precious jewelry.
When he returns home and reveals to his family that he has concluded an agreement, and they will all be arrested for the train incident, he urges them to trust him – he has a plan. The police then arrive and take the Shelby clan, leaving Tommy as the only survivor outside.
Season four, episode a
Like Arthur, Michael, Polly and John (Joe Cole, de London gangs) Start on the verge of being hanged for their crimes – ways literally around their neck, Tommy proves that they were victims of a large conspiracy, and they are saved over time.
A year later, the Shelbys spread but are united by the emergence of the Sicilian mafia and, in particular, Luca Changretta, played by the winner of Oscar, Adrien Brody. He promises to kill them as revenge for the murder of his brother and his father, and he does not waste time executing his threat.
In the blink of an eye, Michael is killed, and John is killed, and for the first time, a brother Shelby is withdrawn from the board of directors, adding to the inherent need for revenge of Tommy.
Season five, episode six
The final of the season of season five opens with Tommy Meeting Winston Churchill, who is now played by Neil Maskell (Divert). Tommy is asked about his relationship with the fascist leader Oswald Mosley (Sam Claflin, Count of Monte Cristo), which he infiltrates. Tommy plans to assassinate the dangerous politician.
Meanwhile, while the Shelby family finds himself fractured, Michael and his wife, Gina (Anya Taylor-Joy), trace their own path for printed skin. When Tommy’s plan turns around and his own men are killed, he is inexplicably haunted by these events, as well as by the ghostly appearance of grace. At the end of his psychological rope, he can no longer bear it and lets a primary cry escape before putting a gun. The episode then cuts the black, leaving us all suspended by a wire.
Unfortunately, the sixth episode of season five marked the last appearance of Helen McCRORY as a beloved Polly. The actor is adopted suddenly before the sixth and last season.
Season six, episode six
Having been informed that he had contracted tuberculoma by contact with his recently deceased daughter, Tommy thinks that he is dying, so he spreads to conclude loose ends.
After being left by Lizzie and Charles, he makes arrangements for the rest of the family, destroyed his own house and thwarts Michael, killing his cousin before Michael kills him. While he is preparing at the end, Tommy turns to a life of acceptance and loneliness, until the mind of his daughter visits him. He realizes that, under the direction of Mosley, his doctor gave him a false diagnosis, so he confronts the doctor under the threat of a weapon.
“I suppose that everything you have decided that the only person who could never kill Thomas Shelby is Thomas Shelby himself,” said the red right hand in a scary moment – he smokes cigarettes like a freight train.
While Tommy chooses not to kill him, he clearly indicates one thing – Tommy Shelby is back.
