Boston ‘No Kings’ Rally Mostly Older White Hair Folks

On Saturday, NBC 10 Boston reporter Sue O’Connell said the crowd at the “No Kings” rally in downtown Boston was made up of older, “white-haired” people.
O’Connell said: “So from what we can see from our vantage point here in the studio and talking to our team on the ground and some people I know who are there, it’s an older crowd. There’s not a lot of people, and certainly there’s a big crowd here, I’m not good at estimating it, but there’s definitely over 2,000, maybe close to 3,000. We we can’t see everything world, but it’s an older crowd, lots of white hair. see there, cotton swabs, as we used to call them in the company. They are demonstrating, and not many young people. And also, again, portraying the idea that I hate America that that’s the point of this protest, showing people who are baby boomers and middle-aged taking time out of their day on a Saturday to come protest and make themselves heard in the oldest The country’s public park, Boston Common, in the House of Democracy and Revolution in Boston.
She added: “It’s increasing and I think part of it is because a lot of people are coming from out of town and arriving well after noon, around kickoff, and also from all over the state and the country. So what we’re seeing is a lot, it’s an older crowd and definitely peaceful and dressed up.”
