Capcom confirms console and PC launch times for Resident Evil Requiem — and you can preload the game right now

Good news, Resi-heads: Capcom has revealed the release times for Resident Evil Requiem. Additionally, if you pre-ordered the game, you can now pre-load it on your platform of choice.
Announced via an official post on Steam, Capcom has confirmed the release times for Resident Evil Requiem, which will be launched on February 27, 2026 worldwide.

All are listed in local time.
- New York: Console and PC – February 27 at 11:00 p.m. EST
- Los Angeles: console and PC – February 26 at 9 p.m. PST
- London: Console – February 27 at 00:00 GMT, PC – February 27 at 5:00 GMT
- Berlin: Console – February 27 at 00:00 CET, PC – February 27 at 6:00 CET
- Auckland: Console – February 27 at 12am NZDT, PC – February 27 at 6pm NZDT
In other news, Resident Evil Requiem is the first game in the series to launch on Nintendo Switch 2 along with other versions of the game.
Game director Koshi Nakanishi recently spoke about the release in a Creator’s Voice segment, expressing surprise at how well the game worked on handheld: “We were like, ‘Oh, does this really work on Nintendo Switch 2?’
