Brother of Iryna Zaruska Murder Suspect Blames Lax Justice System

Jeremiah Brown, the brother of the suspect of the murder of Charlotte, Decartlos Brown Jr., blamed the judicial system for having left his march of brothers and sisters despite a story of violence.
The Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska was brutally and randomly stabbed during the driving of the light train on tram in Charlotte, in North Carolina, last August. The suspect, DeCarlos Brown Jr., 34, had a history of violent crimes and was a recurrence. Speaking with the New York PostJeremiah Brown, 19, said that his brother should suffer all the sentence of the law and blame the justice system for allowing him to walk freely.
“I think they could have roughly preventing him then,” said Jeremiah, referring to the release of his brother in prison last January.
“I didn’t even know he had mental problems … You can’t let him walk freely, especially because of mental problems,” added Jerimiah. “He could start again. They should always deal with it for its mental problems, but there are consequences for its actions. I think he should undergo the consequences. ”
Jeremiah said he had met his brother only with whom he shares a father, “once or twice.”
“He was on my father’s side. They have a prison file and other things,” he said.
Jeremiah expressed his sympathy for Zarutska’s family and hopes they get the support they need.
