Meet Your Fiber Goals With This Simple Air Fryer Snack

The debate on which is healthier and ordinary potatoes or sweet potatoes, is difficult to respond because the two offer a variety of different nutrients. However, there is a clear thing: a terracotta potato in an air fryer will always be healthier than the one soaked in oil and fries.

I cooked almost everything in an air fryer, chickpeas with chicken wings, and now, I tried in the fries of soft homemade potatoes. Ingredients
- 2-3 sweet potatoes
- Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper
How to make fries with fried fries
Step 1: Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then chop them in long shapes of fries.
Step 2: Mix the potatoes in a large bowl and sprinkle them with olive oil. Then add the paprika, the garlic powder, the onion powder and a few fresh pepper cracks and mix well until the fries have a slight red shade.

Step 3: Place the fries in your air fryer basket in a single layer and cook them in lots if necessary, to avoid stacking the fries.
Cook the potatoes in a single layer is the best way to avoid soggy fries.
Step 4: Cook at 370 degrees for 15 minutes. Halfway through cooking, shake the fries in the basket of air fryers. (If your fries start to brown on the edges, it’s ok and normal.)
Step 5: When the fries have finished cooking, transfer them to a clean bowl and sprinkle a pinch of salt, then serve immediately. (If you want them to be more crisp, you can cook them for about three minutes, but keep in mind that they will become a little brighter on the edges the more they cook.)
The addition of a few salt pliers with sweet potato fries will help bring out even more flavor.
