The California Interschastics Federation (CIF) and California Department of Education (CDE) were tried in violation of Title IX, the American Department of Education (OCR) announced on Wednesday.
The announcement occurred for weeks after the transgender athlete of secondary athletics Ab Hernandez won medals in girls’ competitions at the California state championships. The participation of the transgender athlete in events aroused indignation nationally, in particular President Donald Trump after having signed the executive decree “No Men In Women’s Sports”, which prohibited transgender athletes from competing with biological girls and women in sport.

“Although Governor Gavin Newsom admitted months ago, it was” deeply unfair “to allow men to participate in female sports, both California Department of Education and California Interscholastic Federation continued a few weeks ago to allow men to steal well -deserved female athletes and to subject them to unusual competition And inactive, “Linda McMa, Secretary of Education.
“The Trump administration will relentlessly apply title IX protections for women and girls, and our conclusions clearly show that California has not complied with its obligations under federal law. The state must quickly comply with title IX or face the following consequences.”
The Department of Education said that the CIF and the CDE will have 10 days to agree with the agency’s proposed resolution agreement, part of which has declared: “To each woman to which an individual recognition is restored, CDE will send a personalized letter to this girl or woman apologizing on behalf of the State of California for having enabled her educational experience to be marked by sexual discrimination.”
The law firm who worked to keep the eligible trans SJSU player also cleaned the conspiracy athlete in order to harm his teammate
In addition, “the CDE will publish an opinion on all the beneficiaries of federal funding (recipient) who will exploit interscharian sports programs in California forcing them to comply with title IX.
“The CDE and the CIF cancel the councils which advised local school districts or the members of the CIF to allow male athletes to participate in female and girls sports to reflect that title IX prevents state law when the law of the State is in conflict with title IX.
“The CDE will require that each recipient and CIF submit to CDE an annual certification that the recipient and the CIF conforms to title IX. Consequently, the CDE will also offer OCR a surveillance plan to ensure that recipients fully comply with title IX.”
The American Department of Education and the title IX Special Investigations of the Ministry of Justice first began its probe on the CDE on April 4.

The White House responds to new developments in SJSU Trans Athlete probe which would consume to harm its teammate
“The young man who is about to win the state championship during the long jump in female sports, that should not happen,” said Kirk. “You, as governor, should go out and say no. Would you do something like that? Wouldn’t you say men in female sports?”
“I think it is a problem of equity. I fully agree with you. It is a problem of equity – it is deeply unfair,” Newsom told Kirk. “I do not fight with the problem of equity. I totally agree with you.”
Kirk insisted Newsom to condemn the athlete in question of the secondary school Jurupa Valley after the athlete won another event at the time. Newsom did not directly deal with victory, but said “it is a problem of equity”.
“So it’s easy to call injustice,” he said. “There is also a humility and a grace. … These poor are more likely to commit suicide, to take anxiety and depression. And the way people speak to vulnerable communities is a problem with which I also have trouble.
“So, the two things that I can hold in my hand. How can we solve this problem with the type of decency that I think, you know, is inherent in you but not always expressed on the question?”
Newsom also explained his point of view at a press conference on April 2 when asked if there should be a law to ban men from participating in the sports of girls and women.
“And I am about as transparent about this subject as anyone there, in particular in my party, on this subject, and insofar as someone can and do it in a respectful and responsible way and could find a kind of balance, then I am open to this discussion.
“And that, I think, was colored and armed by the right to be 10 times, 100 times greater than it is and therefore I focus on a myriad of other problems of this state. And insofar as someone could find this good balance, I would adopt this conversation and the dignity which, hopefully, presents itself in this conversation, meaning humanity around this conversation, not politics around this conversation.”
McMahon said in an appearance on “Fox & Friends” that California would risk losing its federal funding for its K-12 schools if the requirements are not met.

“It is interesting to hear Governor Newsom say that it is a matter of equity,” said McMahon. “It’s easy. The conversation is cheap. I think he has to put his money where his mouth is.”
Riley Gaines applauded the decision of the Department of Education.
“Today’s decision is a long -awaited victory for women and girls,” Gaines said in a statement at Fox News Digital. “California knowingly violated title IX, and the Ministry of Education is right to keep them responsible. Restoring titles, files and dignity towards female athletes is only the beginning.
“I applaud the secretary McMahon and the Trump administration for defending women and girls everywhere. I hope that more blue states are the next.”
