Candy-colored kitchen appliances are everywhere this summer, and these are 5 of the cutest
There was a real change in cooking devices this year. Clinical black, white and stainless steel are out, replaced by sweet pastels that seem frankly delicious and bring a touch of pleasure and warmth to your space.
They are not all the same shade either – the kitchen exhibition rooms are filled with a sweet palette of edible shades, so that you can mix things and have fun rather than stick to a single color.
Here, I chose some of my favorites, but there are many more. For example, Nespresso recently launched a version of the Virtue Pop coffee maker in Soft Pistachio Green to coincide with the launch of its new virtuo virtuo capsules of Pistache, and if the Ninja Crisi mint does not make you, there is also a fairly pink pink version. The one that started everything. In February, Kitchenaid (known for its difficult but adorable devices) announced that its color of the year would be a soft shade of yellow called butter, and revealed a new version of the emblematic mixer of craftsman to demonstrate. The craftsmanship is a classic for a reason, and although certainly not cheap, it is a real life purchase device. I have been mine for 13 years and I count (in a shade of Turquoise’s expectation), and it still kneads bread, beats eggs and whips the cream as new.
Nespresso Virtuo Pop
Ninja Crispi is a super compact air fryer who is small enough to get to the office, college or wherever you want a hot meal without access to an oven. Put your food in the glass containers, then cut the Powerpod cover when you are ready to fry. If there is an electrical outlet, you can cook. He was launched in sober shades of gray and blue, but Ninja recently gave him a pretty youthful cure in green mint (illustrated here) and candy pink.
