Weekend every night

North Carolina and South Carolina have declared the emergency states over the weekend as a derogation from the storm system in the tropics. This system could have an impact on Carolines, Georgia and Florida as early as next week, because a major hurricane is already running in the Atlantic. Jesse Kirsch of NBC News reports from Charleston, in South Carolina.
