Cassava, Accenture to deploy sovereign AI solutions across Africa
Cassava Technologies has forged a partnership with Accenture to extend the Sovereign IA cloud solutions across Africa.
This collaboration will take advantage of the AI refinery platform of Accenture and Cassava Gpu-As-A-Service (GPUAAS), supported by Nvidia AI Infrastructure. It will provide Sovereign IA solutions hosted in Cassava’s secure data centers.
According to Accenture, the initiative will allow CASSAVA customers to process workloads and IA data at the national level, adhering to local regulations.
The deployment will begin in South Africa, with plans to extend to Egypt, Kenya, Morocco and Nigeria.
This approach is aligned with the expansion strategy of the Cassava data center across the continent, using its large large strip network of Pan -African fiber to take charge of IA computers.
