On July 26, 2025, the Nasa Nichole astronaut Ayers took this long exposure photo – took more than 31 minutes from a window inside the KIBO laboratory module of the international space station – capturing the circular arcs of Star Trails.
During its third decade of human presence continues, the space station has a large -scale impact as a microgravity, demonstrations and scientific investigations technology from a range of domains. The research carried out on the orbit laboratory will inform long -term missions such as Artemis and future human shipments in Mars.
