Like most American executives, Taylor said he also turned to AI to inform his approach to leadership.
“One of the things I’ve been working on personally with my Soldiers recently is decision making – individual decision making. [we make decisions] in our individual lives, when we make decisions, it is important. So that’s something I’ve asked for and tried to build models to help all of us,” Taylor said. “In particular, [on] how do I make decisions, personal decisions, right, that affect not only me, but my organization and my overall preparation? »
