Is this our first look at the iPhone 17 Pro’s official marketing image?

In about a month, Apple will unveil four iPhone 17 models, which should make significant changes to the range, including an ultra-thin iPhone 17 air, a range of new colors and the first new cameras designs for years. Although we have seen many concepts and models based on these rumors, we have not yet seen the official Apple images for new phones – so far.
On X, the User Oliur (@ultralinx) published what he claims to be a “legitimate” image of the rear of the iPhone 17 Pro. It seems that it is the same image that Apple will use for the “Whatever in the box” section of the iPhone 17 Pro Mini site.

Oliur, who designs wallpapers and websites, and sells organized sets of Lightroom pre -regalages and looking for tables for iPhone photography, has no history of leak, so it is simply a very good rendering. And he does not give any source, writing in place: “Do not ask me how I know”, which only adds to suspicion.
But it is difficult to ignore how a lot The image seems to have been taken from the Apple site. The lighting against the black black exterior barely illuminates the lenses of the camera, while the Apple logo is perfectly in sight. The image shows the two most rumor elements of the iPhone 17 Pro: the large camera bar which contains the three cameras, the Lidar sensor and the flash, and a new half-glass and half-aluminum aesthetic.
In the photo, the network of cameras seems to be in matt black aluminum while there is a glass section directly under the table of the camera slightly lifted (but not as much as the camera). The dark black color is very dark, much deeper than the black titanium of the iPhone 16 Pro.
Whether real or not, the image gives us a very good overview of what is certain to be a polarizing design. We will see all this very soon, because Apple would plan an event for Tuesday, September 9. In the meantime, stay listening to our superguide from the iPhone 17 for all the latest news and rumors.
