Conservative Rock Star Will Step in to Take Over Charlie Kirk Radio Time Slot – RedState
Salem Media, owner of Townhall Media and RedState, is making a big move that’s sure to delight conservatives: Scott Jennings and Alex Marlow will team up to take over the 12:00 p.m. ET to 3:00 p.m. ET radio slot previously held by The Charlie Kirk Show. It’ll be a duo of conservative goodness, with Breitbart editor Marlow covering the first hour as Jennings takes over for the final two hours.

Jennings, who gained a huge following with his hilarious and brutal takedowns of leftists on CNN, joined the Salem Media Radio Network earlier this year with a daily hour-long show. He paid tribute to the legacy left by Charlie Kirk and thanked the Turning Point USA team for leading the radio show in the difficult days following Kirk’s assassination.

Marlow is the host of The Alex Marlow Show presented by Breitbart News, currently part of the Salem Podcast Network. He, too, spoke kindly of Kirk and pointed out some of the conservative media giants who helped him get into the space, including Andrew Breitbart, Larry Elder and Dennis Prager.

The Marlow-Jennings duo will take over the important 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. radio time slot made legendary by the late Rush Limbaugh. The show’s executive producer, Andrew Kolvet, said the team “is excited to continue the live show and podcast in other venues” and graciously added that “Alex and Scott were the perfect hosts to take over the radio portion.”
The Alex Marlow/Scott Jennings redemption will begin on Monday, January 5, 2026.
