President Trump helped reshape the federal courts during his first mandate. And he strongly relied on federalist society in this effort, which helped him focus on judges with a conservative and original interpretation of the Constitution.

Now, the appointment machinery restarts, and Trump’s most controversial legal candidate is only a step of the federal bench.

His name is Emil Bove.

During his first mandate, Trump appointed dozens of originalists on the federal bench – a victory for the conservative legal movement.
