Flurry of leaks point to imminent iPad Pro, MacBook Pro, Vision Pro launches

The “AWE Droping” event last month saw the announcement of new iPhones, Apple Watches and AirPods. But on the basis of a wave of new regulatory leaks, it seems that Apple is not ready to end for the year.
As spotted by MacRumors, the FCC has published documents relating to several unpublished Apple devices. This is a routine and necessary step before electronic products can be released to the public, and generally indicates that a launch is imminent.
What we do not know with certainty is what products these documents relate; The FCC refers to them by model numbers rather than by the brand they wear when they are sold. The model numbers initially identified are A3357, A3358, A3359, A3360, A3361, A3362 and A3434, and on the basis of the context indices, the first six are almost various configurations of the iPad Pro M5. The last, A3434, is probably a new M5 MacBook Pro.
In both cases, we have other reasons to believe that these devices are close to the launch. A Russian Youtuber has published a video this week claiming to display a unpacking of the iPad Pro M5, and he looks legitimate. And on the front of the MacBook Pro, Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman said last weekend that the M5 model “approaching mass production”.
More surprisingly, the FCC has also published documents that clearly relate to a new vision pro model: it is called “device mounted on the head” and illustrated with an image that leaves little doubt. This one seems to be an accidental leak, because the files contain a request for confidentiality of Apple, and can therefore relate to a launch which is more extinguished.
In any case, the new pro vision will probably not be a huge change compared to its predecessor. Apple is supposed to work on a cheaper and lighter version of the device, and another specially designed to be attached to a Mac. But these two will not be there before 2027 or roughly. Everything that happens this year or next year will be a much more prudent adjustment for the formula.
It remains to be seen if these devices will be made in stores before the end of 2025; Before the FCC leak, it was thought that the new MacBook Pro was also likely to appear at the end of 2025 or at the beginning of 2026. But these last evidence added fuel to speculation that iPads and MacBooks will be announced during a second Apple Fall 2025 event, probably in October. The second generation pro vision can take more time, but it has been more than two years that the first model has been announced, and Apple could still surprise the remaining months of the year.
