Brian Littrell’s attempt to maintain privacy on a Florida beach escalated into a heated confrontation that ended with a 911 call.

Littrell was seen confronting a beachgoer in a video that he said supported his allegations of battery.

Littrell’s attorney, Peter Ticktin, told Fox News Digital that a man set up a beach chair on the singer’s private property and refused to leave on March 22, prompting Littrell to approach him. According to the attorney, the encounter escalated when the intruder allegedly became aggressive and “punched” Littrell in the face, prompting the pop star to call 911.

In body camera footage obtained by WMBB, Littrell told officers, “I filmed it; he’s sitting on my property.

WMBB obtained additional footage, taken by Littrell, that shows the full encounter. In the video, Littrell walked over and began filming a man sitting on the beach. Littrell approached the man, who seemed surprised by the singer’s presence. The man apparently pushed the phone away from his face before apologizing.

“Sorry here, you can’t put that in my face, bro,” the man said, referring to Littrell’s phone. “Get out of my face, bro.”

“That’s what I’m dealing with, people like it,” Littrell said, turning the camera on himself.

“You came and put your phone in my face, brother,” the bather replied. “You’re lucky I didn’t knock you out.”

Littrell denied it as the man continued: “Yeah, you did it. You went around behind my back, man, I got you on video. You’re done, bro.”

Assistant Walton County Prosecutor Josh Mitchell decided not to file charges against the man on Littrell’s behalf, citing lack of criminal intent. The prosecutor’s office said video evidence submitted by Littrell corroborated the beachgoer’s version of events, according to WMBB.

Initial reports claimed Littrell used a homophobic slur while arguing with the beachgoer.

“The claim that Mr. Littrell used a homophobic slur is false,” Ticktin told Fox News Digital. “The full video of the encounter unequivocally shows that no such language was used. Sexual orientation played no role in this incident, and any suggestion to the contrary is knowingly false.

“Mr. Littrell and his family purchased what they considered to be their dream home, only to discover a consistent pattern of trespassing and harassment targeting private property owners along their and their neighbors’ beaches,” the statement added. “These actions are not about public access, public beaches exist on both sides of the neighborhood and remain open and uncrowded. Instead, some individuals appear determined to challenge the very concept of private property rights.”

Littrell’s lawyer said it was “deeply disturbing” that the situation escalated, blaming a lack of law enforcement by the local sheriff and saying the singer deserved safety and privacy in his home.

Littrell has been embroiled in multiple legal battles over alleged intruders targeting his private waterfront property in Florida over the past year.

The “I Want It That Way” singer revealed he was receiving disturbing threats from other members of the community targeting him and his family.

“It will eventually be made public, but all the photos and all the documents we have on social media and the threats, the physical threats against my family…they’ve talked about burning down our house, burning it down,” Littrell recently told Fox News Digital in an exclusive interview. “They talked about bringing guns. They said, ‘Yes, guns are allowed in Florida.’ They want to spray us with mass. They want to knock my teeth out, you know, it’s like it’s crazy.”

Littrell said he and his family are “good people” and only want to keep the peace and “educate people about what they should and shouldn’t do, the protocol, the misinformation that’s out there.”

“We’re not trying to take something that doesn’t belong to us. We just want to enjoy the sand,” he said.
