The FBI is investigating a shooting at Old Dominion University, considered an act of terrorism, after a man walked into a classroom full of ROTC students and shot the class leader. Officials say Mohamed Bailor Jalloh, a former Virginia National Guard soldier, is the suspect in the attack. He was previously arrested in 2016 and accused of providing material support to the terrorist group ISIS. NBC’s Ryan Nobles reports for TODAY.
