On the first day of the war with Iran, a missile strike on an elementary school killed more than 170 people, according to Iranian officials. Now, a U.S. official and a person familiar with the preliminary findings of the U.S. investigation into the attack say it appears increasingly likely that a U.S. munition was responsible for the attack. NBC News’ Molly Hunter reports.
