Sha’Carri Richardson arrested at Seattle airport for domestic violence

The superstar sprinter Sha’Carri Richardson was arrested at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport for having allegedly assaulted his boyfriend and colleague runner, Christian Coleman.
A verbal argument apparently broke out between the pair when they came out of a TSA security checkpoint at the airport last Sunday, a police report said. An officer already on the scene then saw Richardson Shove Coleman several times, even though he was trying to move away from her.
The altercation video also shows that Richardson is launching an article on Coleman, supposed to be headphones.
She was then arrested in police custody in accusation of the fourth degree of domestic violence. The 25 -year -old Olympian and defending world champion of 100 meters was sentenced to the southern correctional entity of the monks, Washington, and released on Monday.
The case was interrupted after the police said Coleman “refused to be a victim” or press accusations.
“USATF is aware of reports and does not comment on this question,” USA Track and Field said in a press release.
Richardson did not comment on the incident publicly. His arrest intervened a few days before running at the first round of the 100 female meters at the athletics championships in the United States in Eugene, Oregon. She has an automatic review at the world championships in September in Tokyo as a reigning champion.
At the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, Richardson won a silver medal in the 100 -meter female final. She was also part of the 4 × 100 Relay team from the USA team.
Richardson is also well known for the suspension she won in 2021 after having tested positive for marijuana, forcing her to get out of the Tokyo Olympic Games.
