Multiple casualties have been reported following an explosion at a nursing home in the Philadelphia suburb of Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
In an article published Tuesday on Breaking 911’s X, he showed video of emergency personnel and police responding to the unknown explosion at the Silver Lake Nursing Home. In the background, smoke rises from the building.

It happened around 2:15 p.m. at Silver Lake Nursing Home in the 900 block of Tower Road in Bristol Township.
There are numerous reports of people being trapped, Action News has learned from WPVI.
Upper Makefield Township police are calling it a mass casualty incident. The public is asked to avoid the area due to the scale of the emergency response. Firefighters triggered a third alarm to intervene. There was no immediate report of any injuries.

At the time of writing, no further information has been provided as to what may have caused the explosion.
However, the PhillyCrimeUpdate account on X blamed the explosion on gas.
