‘Despicable’ State Failures Enabled Illegal Alien Driver’s Fatal U-Turn

The “despicable” failures of the state officials allowed the migrant illegal truck driver who killed three Americans on a Florida turnpike, according to transport secretary, Sean Duffy.
“States must follow the rules. If they had done, this driver would never have been driving and three precious lives would still be with us,” Tweeted Duffy on Tuesday.
The accident of August 12 killed three Americans when the illegal migrant driver Harjinder Singh, led his 18-wheeler through a joint turn on a turnpike in Florida. Singh is one of the many migrants who use loose federal and state laws to drive trucks on the country’s highways. Certain estimates say that 80,000 low -wage migrants work for a myriad of transport companies, even if many drivers cannot read English or understand the traffic signs.
“This is what we know,” Tweeted Duffy:
1. Washington condition incorrectly issued the driver a CDL in the long term. Asylum seekers or illegal foreigners are not allowed to receive this!
2. The New Mexico did not carry out a skill test in English when they removed the driver for speeding. If they had done this, the driver would not have been on the road!
3. We also examine the California emission of the driver’s CDL.
States must follow the rules. If they had done, this driver would never have been driving and three precious lives would always be with us.
The failures here are despicable. Radical non-application and immigration policies have transformed the trucking industry into a borderless border, which has led to unqualified foreign drivers who incorrectly acquire licenses to operate 40-ton vehicles.
“”This cannot happen again, ”said Duffy. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration “launches an investigation into the driver and [his employer] Carrier du Hawk Blanc.
Since April, Duffy has taken some measures to deal with the problem of illegal drivers. For example, Duffy has revived the application of a federal law which obliges drivers to read English. Federal officials had ceased to apply the law during the last months of the administration of President Barack Obama.
But most drivers obtain their licenses and their employment from trucking companies in “sanctuary states” which promote the commercial interests of the civil law of Americans to enforce their border laws.
A video shows little emotional reaction from the driver of Indian origin while three Americans died:
Immigration lawyers, however, are impatient entirely Their legal process which killed the three American victims.
“The man had a work permit because he asked for asylum, and under the regulations dating back decades, he is authorized to work legally as he awaits a decision,” said Aaron Reichlin-Melnick, defender of the American Immigration Council Pro-Migration.
