On Wednesday, several information reports identified the three men in an American immigration and customs application (ICE) in Dallas.
Miguel Angel García-Hernandez, from Mexico, Jose Andres Bordones-Molina from Venezuela and Norlan Guzman-Fuentes d’El Salvador were shot in what the FBI described as a “targeted attack” on ice by the 29-year-old alleged shooter, Joshua Jahn, CNN.
While several points of sale, including the New York Times and Indivision, reported that Garcia-Hernandez was among the injured, the federal government did not confirm it publicly. The New York Times said that Bordones-Molina was the second inmate injured, while Guzman-Fuentes was fatally shot.
García-Hernandez, who grew up in Arlington and was from San Luis Potosí, Mexico, was killed three to four times during the attack, his brother, who asked not to be identified because he was in an immigration procedure and has not yet obtained legal status, told information about the father of four.

A video filmed from the interior of the building shows detainees while running while it was handcuffed and their legs chained, some falling to the ground in the middle of the rush to escape the shots.
García-Hernandez, undocumented, is a house painter who has lived in the United States for about 20 years, reported the New York Times, and his mother was expelled about two months ago.
