The price of dinner on the international space station occupies the front of the stage in the photo of August 15, 2025. A tray has a cocktail of shrimp on crackers of whole grain wheat, while the other contains sushi based on algae, spam, tuna and rice. The two trays are fixed with velcro strips to keep them stable inside the kitchen of the Unity module. Shrimps and crackers are held in place by condiments, while sushi remain in place thanks to the surface tension of its humidity.
The activity aboard the space station will inform long -term missions such as Artemis and future human shipments in Mars.
