Don’t Let AI Reinforce Organizational Silos

In conference rooms and team meetings around the world, the promise of artificial intelligence (AI) is looming. Managers are informed that AI will rationalize operations, will improve decision -making and productivity of overeating. But while many organizations see AI earnings, another less visible trend takes place – I have strengthened functional silos, a problem with which companies have been struggling for decades. This can lead to the opposite of performance while the departments withdraw into their own worlds fueled by AI. While each function improves its individual operations, the organization becomes less able to carry out its business strategy.
