What Can You Use Your Laptop’s USB-C Ports For?
USB-C ports, which are frequently equipped with a Thunderbolt support on laptops, have become one of the most important progress in mobile PCs in the past decade. These unpretentious small ports have opened a world of possibilities to connect a wide range of gadgets.

Add wired internet with an Ethernet adapter
Although the gap has shrunk thanks to Wi-Fi 7, a wired ethernet connection will always surpass Wi-Fi both in speed and stability.
If you spend a lot of time working on your laptop from a single place at home or at the office, there is little reason not to use a wired connection, especially if you are in competition for the bandwidth with others on the same network.

If summers are getting hot where you live, you already know how much relief, even a simple fan can provide. This is why a portable USB-C fan that your laptop can easily power could quickly become your favorite accessory during the stifling months.
You can use it at home, at the office or take it with you to stay cool on the go. These fans need very little power, so you don’t have to worry a lot about the impact on the battery life. It is a cheap and simple accessory, but certainly one of my favorites.

Connect a hub or a mooring station to extend the ports
You’ve probably seen it coming, but almost all the different uses of the USB-C ports of which I discussed above can be replaced by a decent USB-C center or a reception station.
Whether you need more USB ports, an HDMI port for your instructor, or even an SD card reader, while being able to invoice your laptop via the same port, you must invest in a USB-C hub. Even an option for the budget like the USB 3.0 center of the Anker 4 port allows you to connect multiple USB devices to your laptop.
If you use Thunderbolt instead of the standard USB-C, you can get even more from your configuration thanks to the increase in bandwidth. Although Thunderbolt Hubs costs a little more, they are worth it if you need to extend the limited ports of your laptop.
