Einav Zangauker holds bottle of son’s urine from Gaza at rally

“This is what the state of Israel has brought me captivity, Khan Younis tunnels. The urine of Matan. This is what I have of my first-born son,” said Zangauker

Einav Zangauker, the mother of the hostage Matan Zangauker, said that she had received a bottle of urine from her son from the Israeli authorities who operated in Khan Yunis during demonstrations for hostages Thursday evening in Jerusalem.

“Instead of recovering my child in an agreement, instead of endangering soldiers and reservists, instead of putting an end to this war and allowing an entire nation to recover and rebuild itself, to heal both the body and the soul-this is what the State of Israel brought me captivity, the tunnels of Khan Yunis. Matan’s urine,” she said a bottle of urine.

“This is what I have of my child. I will not be satisfied with this bottle of urine – I want to kiss my son! I want to help him recover! I want to bring him down the aisle with Ilana and her sisters!”

She then expressed her anger with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for not having had a full agreement after more than 700 days of war in Gaza.

“Prime Minister, it is in your hands to bring me my son. It is in your hands to make 20 living hostages. It is in your hands – with a signature, nothing more is necessary – a copy of a complete agreement to return our decline for the burial.”

Family camp hostage outside the Prime Minister’s residence in Jerusalem

The members of the hostage family, as well as the old hostage and the partner of Matan, Ilana Gritzewsky, sleep in tents outside the Prime Minister’s residence in Jerusalem during the night on Thursday.

This is the fourth night of the hostages and the emergency camp for the missing families on Azza Street. The demonstrators were expelled from the region on Wednesday evening.

“We will not stop and we will not give up our 48 loved ones,” said the hostage forum and disappeared families in a press release. “We call the people of Israel to come to Jerusalem tomorrow also and to join us to demand an immediate agreement for the return of all hostages and the end of the war.”

Earlier in the day, Bar Godard, a hostage daughter killed Meny Godard, called Netanyahu to sign an agreement to bring back all the hostages that have been killed in captivity or who have had their remains hostage.

“This scene is not a horror film, it is my life. I have already buried my mother because of this war and all that I ask is that no other family joins the ranks of the bereaved. Bring back my father so that he can be buried next to my mother,” she said.

“Enough, stop this madness. Do not let another mother bury her son. I had two loving parents, and now I am an orphan begging a grave. Do not let anyone join the mourning circle.”
