The first 2026 report on alleged fraud in Europe highlighted problems ranging from adulteration of olive oil to products containing added water.
There were 189 reports in January 2026, 196 in December 2025 and 194 in November. Previous data for 2025 shows 223 reviews in October, 164 in September, 166 in August, 136 in July, 164 in June and 129 in May.
