Ex-NFL QB Delivered Strong Message to Commanders Amid Drama

The start of the NFL training camp is fast approaching, and Washington commanders still have a major questioning point on the availability of Terry McLaurin.

What is the Holdup? No one can guess, but it happened to the point where former players are expressed on the situation, demanding that commanders give the veteran their money.

The former quarter of Washington Joe Theismann is the last to ring the situation.

“It would be a major problem for all of us who appreciate what the commanders have done, what Terry did,” said Theismann on ‘Up & Adams“This week, concerning the idea that McLaurin does not reach a point of no return with commanders.

“Its intangible assets and its value to this football team are even more compensated than its talent, which we know extremely.

Not long ago, the former receiver of Detroit Lions, Calvin Johnson, spoke of the situation of McLaurin and praised the large veteran to be one of the most coherent players of the position since landing in the NFL.

“Pay man because the man was only coherent,” said Johnson. “I do not know Terry very well, but by far, the guy was only coherent for this organization. He was a must-see there in Washington for his whole career. He plays well. He works well. He works in big games, and I like to watch the kid because he always makes games.”

After his race for Ohio State, McLaurin entered the NFL draft in 2019. He was drafted by Washington in the third round, with the 76th choice in total. From the jump, McLaurin was a handful for the secondary. He produced more than 900 yards with seven affected in his recruit season.

Since then, McLaurin has experienced consecutive seasons of 1,000 yards. During this section, he treated with an organization which returned the owners and the quarters who were cycling. Last season, he won a certain stability with the star quarter of Jayden Daniels who was heading for the center.

The result? McLaurin captured 82 assists for 1,096 yards and marked 13 -keys in career. He was a professional bowling player for the second time in his career and won All-Pro for the first time.

With a season to do on its current agreement, McLaurin is ready to lock itself in the long term. Commanders who do not want to do it before the compulsory mini-camp, McLaurin avoided participation. Commanders still have time to do something, but the former Super Bowl champion Joe Theismann wants to see his former team get there before it is too late.
