Eagles’ sixth-round pick among under-the-radar rookies who could be difference makers in 2025

During each NFL season, late recruits and under the radar emerge as essential contributors to their respective NFL teams. And this year will not be different. Finally, these underestimated recruits participate in key roles by the 2nd year and the 3rd year – like Chase Brown of Bengals, Levi Drake Rodriguez in Minnesota and Moro Ojomo on the defensive line of Eagles.
Let’s do some selections of the Draft 2025 class.
Each player that I carefully chose for this article was selected in the sixth or seventh round of the NFL 2025 draft.

The titans are clearly in rebuilding mode, and the indicator is not only because their starting quarterrier was the overall choice n ° 1 of the April recovery. The list is, in my opinion, the most sterile of the NFL, and it is time for the first year GM Mike Borgonzi to assess young talent which can be fundamental pieces of the club in the years to come.
Harris can be one of these young – and inexpensive – Tennessee parts. The choice of sixth round of Cal had a beautiful pre-season to date. He was sticky in the cover of the man, eliminated two passes and did not miss a tackle while bringing ball bearers to the lawn five times.
Grades of week 2 of the NFL pre-season for recruits of the first round: who impressed, disappointed and surprised
Chris Trapasso

From 2021 to 2023 at Idaho, before transferring to Cal, Harris was scandalously productive, with a total of six interceptions and 35 pass ruptures. For the Golden Bears in 2024, I hung two other interceptions and defended six other passes. Titans not only need the Ornius Sneed to play better football this season. They are looking for his running mate outside the area. Harris can be this guy.

We know that Sean Mcvay and Co. are not afraid to insert players with baseness in important roles in Los Angeles, and the seventh round of Pittsburgh could very well be online to see the fourth most important objectives of this RAMS team in 2025.
Now, given that Puka Nacua and Davante Adams are clearly ahead of everyone in the hierarchical order of reception, who knows how many objectives will remain for Humpfield and the other reception options in Los Angeles, but as a choice of seventh round, it would be a realization to see a considerable race as a flocy.
Mumpfield ran 4.59 in the 40 yards dashboard, frankly very slow for a receiver of 186 pounds. However, his time of 6.82 to three ribs took place in the 74th centile in the position. His 4.15 in the short shuttle ranked in the 65th, and he made 23 repetitions on the bench (96th centile).
In total, the combination of Mumpfield suggests that it is a slightly smaller receiver – even according to today’s standards – with agile feet and surprising strength in its game.
According to all the accounts, he is overloaded in the camp, and he has four taken for 36 yards and a touchdown in two pre-season competitions. Do not be surprised if Mumpfield hangs targets from the Tutu Atwell slot machine in 2025.

Wohler was a seventh round choice after a career decorated at Wisconsin. During its last two seasons in Madison, the safety / secondary hybrid has made 191 plated with seven plated for the loss, 12 shortcomings and two interceptions.
In the age of today’s NFL of versatility, I still don’t know exactly how and why Wohler fell in the seventh round. At 6 feet 2 inches and 213 pounds, he ran 4.57 with a vertical jump 37 inches and 10 feet wide – it is clearly an explosive athlete.
And its instinct and its range jumped from the film in pre-season. He has eight plated – while missing only one – with only two catches for 16 yards authorized in his coverage area. Most outdoor seconds play in the 210-225 range in terms of weight in today’s NFL. And because of his time spent safe at university, he brings a lot of roofing chops.
Wohler will become a keypiece with multiple facets on the defense of Indianapolis as a recruit.

Nnamdi Madubuike is the interior anchor of Baltimore. He needs help to collapse the pocket from the inside. And Peebles, a choice of sixth round, maybe the secondary rusher that the ravens has been looking for next to Madubuike for a while now.
A somewhat disappointing combination training – titled by a reasonably slow 4.95 in the 40 yards dashboard at 282 pounds probably precipitated the fall of Peeble in the sixth round. At the university, in Duke then Virginia Tech, he has regularly increased his total pressure in each of his last four seasons – from 10 to 18 to 28 to 37.
Thanks to two pre-season outputs, Peebles recorded four pressures on 45 snaps passing through and collected four plated without miss. When I think of the Ravens defensive front, I still imagine major oversized block eaters who keep the seconds clean. Peebles is a different type – a slightly undersized but dynamic engine which wants to gain by a deviation from a flash.

I maintained throughout the project process that Powell-ryland was going to be chosen relatively late, but if he had longer arms, it would have been a selection of the day 2. his arms of 31 1/4 “placed in the 2nd centile in the position of Rusher de Bord. All the rest of his physical profile was good. He measured almost 6-3 and 258 pounds, and his dash of 40 yards, vertical and wide leap 75th or more centile, by Mockdraft.
On the field, Powell-ryland was as polite of an outside rusher as in the 2025 draft. I really want to say that. During his last two seasons at Virginia Tech – Post Florida Transfer – he has accumulated 25.5 bags and 34 plated for loss. Powell-ryland plays with a ridiculous collection of Pass-Rush movements, more bend and surprising power.
Of course, the Eagles hung him on the sixth round. He had a little slow starting in pre-season, but his individual victories were in the variety of statements. In the late stages of the 2025 campaign, he will be a fun specialist in Pass-Rush in Philadelphia.
