Exclusive: Nancy Mace Files Bill to Eliminate D.C. DEI Offices, Left’s ‘Ideological Playground’
The representative Nancy Mace (R-SC) moved Thursday to dismantle the offices of diversity, equity and inclusion of the government of the city of DC.
MACE introduced the No. DC law to finance and eliminate DEI offices that lose time and dollars of taxpayers on identity policy. If it is adopted, its legislation would eliminate 16 offices at DC and Strike woke up the language of the DC code.
“For years, the left has used DC government as an ideological playground,” said Mace. “DC officials waste the dollars of taxpayers to divide the Americans by race and sex while their basic services collapse. No dei in DC Act ends this scam and puts the vision of President Trump to make DC again in action. ”
President Donald Trump highlighted the incompetence of the country’s Capitol city in August using its constitutional authority to resume the district police forces. This action, combined with national guards patrolling the streets of DC, caused the fall of crime in the notoriously dangerous city, which allows residents and tourists to travel throughout the city.
Although the 30 -day Trump police take control ends, the guards have remained, for the moment.
MACE invoice targets The political machine of the left within DC government in order to direct the city’s resources and attention to more crucial issues such as crime, vagrancy and public security.
DC officials have hidden taxpayers how their money is being executed critical functions to the programs and offices, said MACE’s office. However, there are at least 16 offices and commissions financed by taxpayers linked to DEI integrated through the DC government, including the Racial Equity Office, the Repair Commission, the LGBTQ Bureau and the Health Capital Commission, all written in the DC code and armored liability.
MACE’s bill uses the Constitutional Congress Authority to supervise DC to finance and dismantle this bureaucracy and put an end to its leftist political mandates such as racial actions.
The main provisions of the law No DEI in DC include:
- Prohibits dei practices: Eliminates and defines the DEI programs in the DC government.
- Ends forced indoctrination: Eliminates compulsory DEI and racial equity training in all DC agencies.
- Delete the ideological language of the DC code: Strike terms like “LGBTQIA + BIRTHING PEOPLE” and “young people involved in justice” of statutes.
- Demant the bureaucracy of I: Abolished 16 offices and commissions financed by taxpayers, in particular the Racial Equity Office, the Repair Committee, the LGBTQ Affairs Office and the Commission on Health Equity.
- Prevents the renewal of the rear door: Blocks the recreation of these offices under new names or costumes.
- Creates a real application: Authorizes a private right of action against the DC government for violations.
Mace, who fought in a good place to keep the representative Sarah (née Tim) McBride (d-de), a man who identifies himself as a woman, access to the toilets of women in the American Capitol, focused on the attack on harmful initiatives ofi and the highlighting of radical democratic gender policies.
His latest bill is part of this broader thrust to put an end to Dei’s policy and prevent taxpayers’ dollars from funding division agendas.
A graduate of the citadel, Mace also introduced: the merit of restoration in the military act to ensure that all the decisions of military personnel are based solely on merit and not race, ethnic origin or national origin; The merit of restoration in the Acts on Academies of Military Service to ensure admissions based on merit in service academies; And the law on the indoctrination of military children who obliges schools supervised by the Ministry of War to focus on education, and not on political programs, while prohibiting the critical theory of race (CRT) as well as on offices, training and programs of all schools supervised by the Ministry of War.
