F1 predictions: Fans pick British Grand Prix winner

The Formula 1 grid is heading for the historic Silverstone circuit this week, the British Grand Prix site.
And fans expect a papaya confrontation on Sunday.
According to the vote in this week SB Nation reacts Question of Formula 1, 41% of those who answered the question “who will win the British Grand Prix” selected Oscar Piastri, the current leader in the classification of the pilot championship, as the pilot who will win the largest trophy this weekend. A second second place in the vote was his teammate, Lando Norris, who raised 31% of the votes:

The two McLaren teammates have clashed in recent weeks on the track. The Canadian Grand Prix came where the two fought for fourth in the closing towers. While they rushed into Tour 1, Norris tried to go through Piastri, contacting the back of his teammate and losing his front wing in the process, ending his race.
Then, at the Austrian Grand Prix last week, it was Piastri during the attack, putting Norris under enormous pressure during their first pass. Norris retained his teammate for the victory, while Piastri settled for second place.
Last year’s winner, Lewis Hamilton, who will start his first British Grand Prix as a driver of Ferrari this weekend, finished third in the vote with 14% of the vote. Although it may, at first glance, seem a sentimental selection, Hamilton has already delivered emotional victories to Silverstone – like last season – and with forecasts calling for rain, there are few wet conditions than the veteran driver.
Max Verstappen finished with 6% of the vote, followed by Charles Leclerc with 4%. Verstappen is a flash point in the F1 world at the moment, with reports indicating that it can get closer and closer to a shock movement in Mercedes.
We will see if fans have understood this weekend.
