Fantasy Baseball Week 16 Preview: Two-start pitcher rankings highlight Yusei Kikuchi, Jose Berrios

Each weekend, Scott White classifies the two starting launchers for the next score period, then classifies them by their use. The names represented here are very speculative and subjects for change.
One of the most common ways they change is adding a cash starter when a team should play six games in a row. This does not always happen, but it happens often enough for me to take the additional measure this year to highlight which of launchers with two starts is scheduled for Tuesday and Sunday in the next score period, because they are most likely to lose in such a scenario.
You will find below the launchers with two starts for the fantastic week 16 (July 7-13), with the most questionable (Tuesday / Sunday in a week of seven games) being Nathan Eovaldi, Dylan Cease, Ryan Pepiot, Merrill Kelly, Jose Soriano, Eury Perez, Nick Martinez, Brayan Bello, Aaron Civale and Joey Cantillo.
All information is up to date late Sunday.
