A video of a company based in China showing a human robot face spreads online. It gives major Westworld atmosphere.

Aheadform is a Chinese robotics company founded in 2024 working on the combination of realistic humanoid robots with artificial intelligence in order to interact with humans.

“With expressive facial characteristics, moving eyes and synchronized speech, the robot can transmit emotions and understand human non -verbal clues, which makes the interactions more natural and engaging,” said Aheadform on his website.

The video making the rounds only shows the part of the facial of the robot and presents the flashing robot, moving its eyes and making facial expressions in the shape of a human.

According to Aheadform, the robot facing in the video, which is called the original M1 origin, “incorporates a full facial actuation system with up to 25 micro-motors” in order to reach gestures that seem real and human.

The Aheadform website offers humanoid robots as part of the company’s LAN series as well as an elven character nicknamed Elf V1.

“In ten years, we could interact with robots and have the impression of being almost human; perhaps in 20 years, they could walk normally and perform certain tasks like a human,” said Hu Yuhang, the founder in Avireform, Hu Yuhang last year in an interview with the South China Morning Post.
