Federal judge says immigrants in Washington state have right to bond hearings

Certain migrants detained in the immigration detention center in Tacoma, Washington, have the right to request the liberation of surety, under an order from the federal judge which indicates that a new Trump administration policy rejecting the obligation hearings for the imprisoned migrants is illegal.
