Woman, 77, fatally assaulted on Bronx street, attacker on loose

A 77 -year -old woman was fatally attacked in a Bronx street on Monday morning, cops said.
The victim was attacked near Barnes and Brady Aves. In Pelham Parkway around 7:25 am, cops said.
Doctors precipitated her unconscious and insensitive to head trauma at Jacobi Medical Center, where she died. His name was not immediately released.
The cops considered his death a homicide but did not arrest.
