In Brazil, passengers had to quickly evacuate a plane when a fire broke out on the landing strip and smoke billowed into the cabin… and video of the frightening incident has now surfaced.

The frightening scene unfolded at Guarulhos International Airport in São Paulo on December 4… when the baggage conveyor attached to a LATAM Airlines plane scheduled to fly to Porto Alegre, Brazil, caught fire, according to local media, Stadium.

Watch video of the fire on the tarmac…flames rising high into the air and smoke billowing shortly after everyone on board was safely evacuated.

The scene from inside the plane was also captured on social media… showing people queuing to get off the plane – although it appears to be mostly a staged evacuation.
