A Brazilian food company has been held responsible following an investigation into a food poisoning outbreak over Christmas 2024.
The Rio Grande do Sul Public Prosecutor’s Office (MPRS) signed an agreement with Circulu’s Lanches to compensate consumers because 97 people fell ill after consuming products contaminated with Staphylococcus bacteria.
