Florida Man Charged for DUI While Riding Lawn Mower on Parkway

Florida police officers arrested a man for allegedly led under the influence (DUI) while driving a lawn mower along a toll road.
When calls came to Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) about a man operating a lawn mower irregularly on Suncoast Parkway, soldiers were not long in arriving at the scene where they found the suspect, Fox 13 reported.
The man apparently led the southern lawn mower of the County County to the County of Hernando. The authorities arrested the suspect, identified as Christopher Spain, 38, near an outing to US 98.
When the soldiers contacted the man, they noticed that he showed signs of deficiency which included small students, rinsed skin, dry mouth and irritation inside his nostrils.

Soldiers also said that the man wore a blue straw and that he cleared his throat, sniffed and spit several times during their conversation with him. He was arrested after refusing to carry out sobriety tests on the ground.
Spain has been accused of conduct under the influence and released on a deposit of $ 500.
