Former Strasbourg defender Thomas Delaine to join Le Havre

Le Havre, since the completion of Blue Crow’s takeover of the club (approval pending DNCG) earlier this month, has sought to be active on the transfer market. Godson Kyeremeh and Mory Diaw arrived, while Lionel Mpasi is expected to arrive as a goalkeeper.

Le Havre is now looking to continue its recruitment campaign through the signing of Delaine. The defender left Strasbourg after three seasons this summer. His age profile was not adapted to the Blueco project and it was therefore not renewed. Last season, he only played two games in Ligue 1, accumulating only eight minutes of playing time.

However, Delaine will bring a lot of experience Ligue 1 to Le Havre. The defender has 115 games in the first flight. It is expected in Le Havre.
