Fulton County DA says fake Trump electors are incriminating one another

The Fulton County Prosecutor’s Office said that some false voters of Donald Trump got involved in a potential criminal activity and sought to disqualify their lawyer, according to a new judicial file.

The District Prosecutor’s Office requests that lawyer Kimberly Bourroughs Debrow be disqualified to represent a group of 10 Republicans who were voters for the former president in Georgia – a state that Trump lost against President Joe Biden. The DA office also accused the lawyer of not having presented an immunity agreement to his customers last year, according to the file.

The new file offers the latest indication that immunity offers could still be in the months after the District Prosecutor of the County of Fulton, Fani Willis, suggested that the charge decisions were “imminent”.

He notes that the investigators interviewed some of the False voters in the GOP this month and that there is a jockey behind the scenes before the announcement on which, if someone, will be confronted with the longtime investigation into the efforts of Trump and his allies to cancel the 2020 elections in Georgia.

“The declaration of some of its customers who directly imply another customer in additional crimes shows that Ms. Debrow’s continuing participation in this case is responsible for conflicts of interest which reach the level that it is disqualified from this case in its entirety,” wrote the district prosecutor’s office in the file.

During the interviews in April 2023, “some of the voters said that another voter represented by Ms. Debrow committed acts which are violations of the Georgia law and that they were not part of these additional acts”, according to the file.

In the midst of a fight last year to oblige false voters to testify, the court asked two lawyers, including Debrow, to inform their customers of the potential immunity agreements. Lawyers told court that they had spoken to their customers and that none of the customers was interested, according to the deposit. Now, the DA office says these offers have never been presented to customers.

“In addition, in these interviews, some of the voters represented by Ms. Debrow told members of the investigation team that no potential immunity offer had ever been brought to them in 2022,” said the file.

Debrow criticized the last request in a statement.

“The DA motion is baseless, false and offensive,” said Debrow. “None of my clients have committed crimes, and they did not necessarily involve themselves or the others in crimes.”

No one has yet been charged in the case in Georgia, although several people – including the 16 fake voters and the former Trump lawyer, Rudy Giuliani – were informed that they were potential targets of Willis’s investigation.

A great special jury investigating the issue concluded that his work at the end of last year and recommended more than a dozen people are expected to face accusations, the Panel Foreston in the interviews said.
