Doctors without borders, better known by its acronym for French language MSF, called in the immediate end of the militarized food distribution program of Israel in Gaza, which she described as “institutionalized famine and dehumanization”.

In a dark report published Thursday, entitled “It is not help. This is a kilos GHF aid distribution sites under the control of Israeli military and private entrepreneurs.

Since these sites opened in May, they have become synonymous with “timed, crowd overvoltages, violent looting and” deadly crowd control measures “, said MSF in its reports.

“GHF distribution sites fall apart shortly of any standard recognized for safe and worthy humanitarian distributions, ”says the report.

“Nowhere else in the world where MSF works – including in the most volatile conflict zones – this level of violence around a” aid distribution “site would be tolerated. This must stop now,” said the organization.

The MSF teams were “mentally prepared to respond to conflicts-but not for civilians killed and mutilated while looking for help,” he said.

MSF primary care clinics have been transformed into mass victims units since GHF took control of the distribution of Gaza aid, he added.

During a period of seven weeks in June and July, MSF received 1,380 people injured and 28 corpses in its two primary care clinics in the regions of Al-Attar and Al-Mawasi in Gaza, which are nearly two GHF distribution sites.

Patients included 174 suffering of ball injury, including women and children, according to the report, but most patients were young men and adolescents.

A large number of patients from GHF sites in Khan Younis arrived with ball injury to their lower limbs that “strongly suggest the intentional targeting of people in distribution sites, rather than accidental or blind fire,” said MSF.

The report noted that many patients had also been injured by “crowd control” measures, including peppery gas and other types of physical assault.

Patients injured on GHF sites have generally arrived covered with sand and dust “from time spent on the ground while hiding balls”, adds the report.

“People are slaughtered as animals,” said an MSF coordinator in the report.

“They are not armed. They are not soldiers. They are civilians carrying plastic bags, hoping to bring back flour or pasta to the house. And my question is: to what height is the price they have to pay for a bag of food? ”
