Ride a Himalayan 450 through mountains, desert and coastlines on a 12-day guided motorcycle adventure through Morocco that seems straight out of a bucket list.

Royal Enfield has just dropped something that hits right at the adventure rider’s fantasy button. It’s called Royal Enfield Moroccan Odyssey 2026, and yes, that’s pretty much exactly what it sounds like. A comprehensive guided motorcycle expedition through Morocco, lasting 12 days, from late March to early April 2026. Mountains, desert, coasts, old towns, long days of driving and the kind of scenery that makes you forget what your phone notifications look like.

The route itself reads like an album of Morocco’s greatest hits. You start in Marrakech, climb through the Atlas Mountains, pass kasbahs and desert towns, spend time riding near the Sahara with veritable dunes in sight, then head north through cooler mountainous regions before finishing on the Atlantic coast. It’s a mix of paved roads, mountain passes, gravel and light off-road sections. Basically, the kind of driving that keeps things interesting without making it an exercise in survival.

Let’s be honest, most motorcyclists dream of riding in distant and somewhat mysterious places. An abandoned country, immense landscapes, unknown roads and stories that you won’t need to exaggerate when you tell them later. This is one of the rare occasions when that dream turns into something actually achievable, provided you have the time and budget.

And that’s the problem for me. If I magically had 12 days of free time and a few thousand extra dollars to spend, I would take it on without hesitation. Unfortunately, I can’t afford it, neither financially nor in terms of time. On the bright side, that probably means there’s a better chance for someone else who can make it to grab a spot and have the adventure of a lifetime.
