Federal Judge Refuses to Sign Complaint Against Don Lemon for Church Riot

A federal magistrate in the Confederate state of Minnesota has refused to sign a criminal complaint against far-left activist and former CNN anchor Don Lemon.
“A federal judge in Minnesota has refused to sign a complaint bringing charges against Don Lemon in connection with Sunday’s church protest,” reports the far-left and still unreformed CBS News.
A source told CBS that “the attorney general is furious with the magistrate’s decision” and that “the process is not over and the Justice Department may find other ways to charge Lemon.”
Posing as a journalist this weekend, Lemon and a group of left-wing, anti-ICE/pro-murderer/rapist/wife-beater activists rioted at a Christian church in St. Paul, Minnesota, during a worship service. Services were deliberately disrupted and attendees were heckled and intimidated.
Initial reports indicated that along with Lemon, seven people involved in the church riot were facing DOJ charges. At the time of writing, three of them are already in detention: Nekima Levy Armstrongone of the alleged coordinators; Chauntyll Louisa Allenanother alleged organizer; And William Kelly.
Here is an overview of the three…
This is Nekima Levy Armstrong:
Here is Chauntyll Louisa Allen:
The Confederate State of Minnesota will not charge these Confederates with trespassing or any other state law, so the DOJ is moving quickly to charge them using federal laws. For example, by DHS Secretary Kristi Noem said, “William Kelly is charged with conspiracy to deprive of rights, a federal crime, and violation of FACE 18 USC 248 for his involvement in the St. Paul Church riots. »
The problem with Lemon is trickier. He will say that he was there to cover the incident and that his prior knowledge of what was going to happen is not specific to reporting. It is often the case that a so-called journalist has prior knowledge of the event they are about to cover. Don Lemon is a complete bastard, and his justification throughout his coverage of the riot, his repeated assertion that the First Amendment protected the riot, is just plain deranged, but proving him guilty of a crime is very different from these three organizers and others involved.
Don’t get me wrong; if Don Lemon committed a crime he should be charged and prosecuted.
But the people I really want to see in handcuffs are the ones running the left-wing organizations behind the scenes, the real organizers and funders of this fascist movement that protects violent criminals who are in the country illegally.
