Trusted medical experts like Dr. Peter McCullough warned a few months ago that this year’s flu season could break records, in part because a more virulent strain would not respond to the so-called “flu vaccine.” Dr. McCullough said The True Voice of America:
“This year’s dominant H3N2 strain unlikely to respond well to current influenza vaccine formulationdespite the fact that millions of Americans receive it.

Dr. McCullough was unfortunately absolutely right. This year’s flu is deadlier and more virulent, and the flu vaccine does almost nothing to stop its spread.
And now the mainstream media are taking it on. According to NBC News:
Doctor visits for flu-like symptoms Fevers, sore throats, extreme fatigue and body aches have reached their highest level in nearly 30 years, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Preventionand are expected to continue to increase in the coming weeks. At least 5,000 people have died this season, including nine children.
For the week ending Dec. 27, the CDC reported that nearly one in 10 outpatient visits nationwide, or 8.2 percent, were for flu-like illnesses. This is the the highest recorded since the CDC began tracking these visits in 1997. The flu caused more than 11 million illnesses this season and more than 120,000 hospitalizations.
Forty-five states are experiencing high or very high levels of flu activity.
Public health experts call this a “perfect storm” strain due to its severity, rapid spread and the fact that this year’s flu vaccine does not does not correspond directly the variant.
The symptoms are familiar (fever, chills, fatigue, cough, sore throat), but reports suggest they are. more intense and longer lasting than what many people are used to.
THE KEY TO AVOIDING HOSPITALIZATION: PREVENTION AND EARLY TREATMENT
STEP 1: PREVENTION
Dr. McCullough has always emphasized the importance of strengthen frontline defensesespecially in situations where the risk of infection is higher. This includes periods of travel, attendance at holiday gatherings, and time spent in crowded indoor environments. Taking these protective measures helps individuals stay healthier and reduces the chances of getting sick in situations where exposure is more likely.

This is why he recommends Nasal + Throat Sprays for Immune Defenseused daily to help support the body’s natural defenses where viruses most often enter: the nose and throat.*
These sprays are designed to help support protection against:
- Cold virus
- Flu
- VRS
- COVID-19
They are especially important if you are flying, using public transportation, shopping indoors, going to the gym, or gathering family and friends.
STEP 2: EARLY TREATMENT
While it’s important to try to avoid the flu, the reality is sometimes there’s nothing you can do to prevent illness. It’s at that moment early treatment is so important.
Early treatment with prescription antiviral medications can reduce the duration and severity of the flu and avoid hospitalizations or dangerous trips to the emergency room.
This is why many families choose to keep the Emergency kit against contagion within reach.
It includes doctor-prescribed antiviral options, including Tamifluso that treatment can begin at the first sign of illnessnot days later after pharmacy delays or crowded urgent care visits.
When the flu hits hard, timing makes a real difference.
