Google Pixel Watch 4 could arrive with new colors and blood oxygen tech

The launch event of the next Google Pixel, called Made by Google, will take place on Wednesday August 20. During the event, we expect to see the beginnings of the Google Pixel Watch 4 alongside the new series of Pixel 10 smartphones. Pre -orders would start on the day of the launch, with greater availability from August 28.
As usual, we were busy collecting all the last leaks and rumors of Pixel 10, but the Pixel Watch 4 also fled recently. So, here is everything we know so far (depending on rumors, speculation and alleged leaks) on the next smartwatch and Google fitness tracker.
It can have a double chip configuration and a much brighter screen
Although the main processor should be the same, the whole configuration is upgrading. The watch would have matching the Snapdragon W5 + Gen 1 chip with a new M55 co-processor. The watch can also include a much brighter AMOLED screen with a maximum brightness of 3,000 nits.
You will have two more sizes to choose
The Pixel Watch 4 should be available in two sizes that reflect the Pixel Watch 3 range, although leaks suggest that the new models will have a thicker watch module and slightly faster. The options would be a 41 mm model (named “Meridian”) and a 45 mm model (called “Canari”). The two sizes should be available in LTE and Wi-Fi configurations.
Expect a complete rainbow of colors and band options
A new leak (graciousness of Arsène Lupine) revealed the full range of rumor colors for the watch itself, which would be available for Wi-Fi and LTE models:
Mashable lighting speed
-
Black / obsidian
-
Gold / lemon
-
Moonstone
-
Money / Iris
-
Money / Porcelain
A wide range of band materials and colors also came to come, including a two -tone leather strip, a metal mesh band in matt black and polished silver, and many others in active, woven and new degraded stretching styles.
If you are curious to know what the new Pixel 4, 91mobiles have shared alleged rendering in April could look like. The watch has the circular signature design, which will be perfectly suited to the new aesthetics of Android 16. Earlier this year, Google showed new animations and functionalities available with Watch OS 6, so we have an idea of the broadcast of the Pixel Watch 4 Experience.

The battery obtains a (small) boost
Android Authority suggests that the two models will get a battery boost. The 41 mm model would have a 327 mAh battery (an increase of 7% compared to the battery of 300 mAh of its predecessor), while the 45 mm model can see an increase of 9% to 459 mAh. A faster load is also expected, potentially thanks to a new wireless charge mechanism which works without magnetic pogo pins, also by Android authority.
It is also said that the new characteristics of health and safety
Some reports suggest that Google will broaden health monitoring capacities to include a reworked blood oxygen monitoring function that will work “continuously”, unlike the current night version. This would allow the watch to provide alerts when the oxygen levels are too low.
The alleged “notification recharge” feature can also go to watch 4, which limits the number of alerts you receive in a given period. However, this feature will not be exclusive to the watch 4, as it would be available on the Wear OS 6 software.
There is also a functionality of “emergency satellite communications”, but the details are rare.
