Hailey Bieber Wore the Bikini Trend That’s Going to Be Everywhere This Spring
Hailey Bieber, always at the forefront of micro-trends (how many frozen/strawberry/espresso moments has she innovated at this point? A thousand?) just posted a new photo on Instagram that hints at spring’s next big color trend: vintage gold.

Bieber dropped her photos with a simple yellow heart emoji and a koala face emoji as her caption (she also included a photo of a stuffed kangaroo; she was in Australia to launch Rhode there and attend the ceremony. Vogue Australian Balloon). In one of the slides, she poses in a perfectly golden bikini.
Mixed metals have been in style for a minute, but there’s something deliciously vintage about Bieber’s suit, with its early 2000s-inspired silver buckle and soft sheen of the fabric. Rather than an overtly metallic finish, Bieber’s bikini has a low-key, understated finish, perfect for a minimalist like her. We’re still a few months away from bikini season in the Northern Hemisphere, but it’s never too early to start daydreaming about beach weather or all the costumes we’ll wear during the warmer months.
