Philips Hue bulbs will be even more expensive in July. And it may not end there.

Philips increases the prices of its popular and already expensive series of intelligent lighting products from July 1. The company blames the prices for changes and suggested that prices could increase even more after the initial bump in July.
Philips began to inform its customers via an email marketing message earlier this month that prices would increase and urged people to buy Hue lighting as soon as possible.
In a declaration on the Hueblog website, Philips’ parent company, said, said why people in the United States will pay more for Hue products soon:
Meaon will increase the prices of our Philips Hue portfolio in the United States, from July 1, 2025, due to prices. We remain determined to provide consumers with high quality products and features that make smart lighting extraordinary.
Meaon has not confirmed the cost of Hue products after June, but noted that more changes could follow.
“SERIDY reserves the right to modify prices according to new prices or additional rates that come into force in the future,” the company told Hueblog.
As Hueblog noted, some Hue products are already more expensive in the United States than in other geographies. The Smart Hue button, which was released this month, costs $ 33, compared to 22 euros in Europe and $ 25 for its predecessor. The Wall Play Hue washer costs $ 220 in the United States, compared to 200 euros in Europe. As a rule, Hue products “converted prices into euros from almost 1 to 1,” said Hueblog.
