Here’s Where the Biden Autopen Controversy Stands Now – RedState

It may take years before the extent of the disorder that is not attenuated that the Biden administration is, or fully known. Even the Democrats now admit that the former president has been altered by many, if not all, of his presidency. But there are serious questions in which the Congress examines, the least of which is the use of the now famous autopen – and which made the real decisions in the White House.

The Chamber’s supervisory committee heard the testimony this week of a key manager of Biden this week as part of his investigation into the drop in the health of the former president and published an assignment to the former assistant of First Lady Jill Biden after refusing to appear voluntarily.

Biden left his duties in January, but the questions about his mental acuity and his decline during their functionality continue to rise after the release of the audio of his interview with the former special lawyer Robert Hur and his diagnosis of cancer, drawing attention to a certain number of actions taken in his last days in power and beyond.

The questions go up, of course, but the answers are not yet to come. We have managed to escape truly horrible consequences that could have resulted from other nations, such as, for example, in Iran, suddenly realizing that the Joe Biden confusion would probably be unable to respond significantly to any aggressive action. But the automatic problem in particular raises some very serious questions: who made decisions in the White House, and what could be the legal status of the documents signed with this machine, like the pardons, if he can be established that the president of the time, Biden was not in this loop?

Here is where the automatic mess is at the moment:

Certain aids of Biden have agreed to testify voluntarily for transcribed interviews, in particular the director of the former National Policy Council of Biden, Neera Tanden; The assistant and main advisor to Biden de la first lady, Anthony Bernal; Former special assistant of Biden and deputy director of Oval office operations, Ashley Williams; and Annie Tomasini, deputy chief of staff of Biden.

Tanden appeared on Tuesday before the Chamber’s supervisory committee. She told legislators that she had “minimal interaction with Biden despite huge authority,” said Commer.

“She explained that to obtain the approval of the automatic signatures, she would send decision -making memos to the members of the President’s inner circle and had no visibility on what happened between sending the note and recovering it with approval,” said Comer. “His testimony raises serious questions about who was really calling the shots at Biden’s White House in the middle of the president’s obvious decline.”

Thus, these people directed these things without thinking through the autopen without any real idea that made the approval. Thus, the assignments. Thus, surveys. We are entitled to some answers.

So what happens if these investigations confirm what many suspect-that Joe Biden was indeed unrelatedThat unknown people, like Professor of Frau Doktor Jill Biden or his son Ne’er-Do-Well Hunter, were at the origin of the decisions approved by Autopen? It seems logical that such orders or actions are not specifically approved by Potus – by Joe Biden, in this role – would be zero and non -Avenus. It could be trembling. Many, if not all, 2025 pardons of the Biden administration, including those of the J6 Committee, General Mark Milley, a wave of members of the Biden family, and Anthony Fauci, could be put aside.

Now, if you ask me what will really happen, what is likely to happen, I am inclined to say “nothing”. I’m not saying that’s what should to arrive, but based on history, my best supposition is that this is what will arrive. There will be grilled witnesses, and there will be many statements made to the press, and there may even be severe letters. But in the end, I suppose that all will end, not with a blow, but with a groan.
